Clearlet provides a WhatsApp-first self-service property-management platform for owners of Abu Dhabi property, operated by [parent company], a licensed UAE property business. Clearlet provides tools and information; it does not provide legal, financial, or investment advice.
Accounts are identified by your verified WhatsApp number. The service is for individual property owners at launch. You are responsible for the security of your number and for the accuracy of information you provide.
The Free plan is provided at no charge. The Plus plan is charged per property per month (with multi-property discounts) and renews automatically. Paid done-for-you services are priced per service. All prices are in AED and include 5% VAT; a VAT invoice is issued for each charge.
Subscriptions are charged to your vaulted payment method on each anniversary. Failed payments enter a grace period before suspension. À-la-carte services are paid per use.
You may cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. Paid done-for-you services are fully refundable if cancelled before work begins and non-refundable once started. [Cooling-off terms to be confirmed with counsel.]
Any rent-collection, cheque-handling, or remittance service is performed by the licensed parent company under separate authorisation, subject to identity verification (KYC) and AML controls, and is not available until the relevant clearances are in place.
You agree not to misuse the service. To the extent permitted by UAE law, the service is provided “as is”. We may update these terms; material changes will be notified, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
